Why such a desire to hype without a real explanation of what you are selling? If you want to market, give us something worth biting into.
I suppose, if we want to turn this thread into an internet marketing discussion, I believe experienced internet consumers will see through advertising attempting to pass as relevant conversation (e.g. above). Real viral marketing requires a realization of what it takes to get others to talk about your product for you - it is much more real - and much more effective when it doesn't come from the horses mouth.
Tribe.net will serve as an effective marketing device for those who are not forcing out their product, but because there is a level of trust built into conversations where people know each other, or know someone who knows such and such...For example, in the alt-currency tribe, we are discussing e-gold, not because anyone in there stands to directly benefit from the sale of e-gold, but because it is of interest related to the discussions taking place in the tribe.

I see your point. MasteryTV is a company people just can't stop talking about though. As far as internet marketing, I'm always looking for new ways. I think that's one of the reasons Jeremy's here. As far as a complete description of the company...(short) Life Enriching Private Online Television Network. Broadcast are ON DEMAND.
I guess we all just sit back and watch this company grow...meanwhile I'm here in this tribe to learn more about Internet Marketing!! Let the dicussions begin.....

I'm in. Strange how things work. My former business partners and I went to a Robert Allen seminar last night, and one of my guys, gave me Les Brown's tapes last year when I was going through a major crisis in my life. I have Allen's books and have read "Nothing Down" and "Creating Wealth". I am trying to start a company and having a hard time at it. It's down to miller time and I just didn't know what to do. My partners punked out on me because they know we have something and they are holding the gold. I think they wanted to buy me out but were afraid to ask since I did most of the work. This mastery TV could be my ticket, thank the Lord. Without a doubt, TV and the Internet are converging and if they can generate the bandwidth they showed in the demos, they have the technology. If I understand the mission, should I accept which I have, then I need to get people to see the demo from my website. Since I saw it from your website, I must be part of your organization. Cool. It's multi-level marketing but anyone who knows about multi-level marketing, it is those who get in on the ground floor that truly make out and this is the ground floor. I'm going to run with it. Thanks for the opportunity. I hope in a few months we will both we laughing all the way to the bank. My former business partner who is a neurologist and a millionaire but a cheap one is hyped on Hansen, author of the "One Minute Millionaire". I think I'm going to go and do some 'viral' marketing. Thanks again. I suspect if we work this thing when the compensation plan comes out, we will be in the catbird's seat. I really hope so because these last three years have been shit for me and I certainly need a upturn. Although I did fill out applications today I surely would just like to hang out at Tribe and crank code and earn 20%.

Hey Joe,
How are you doing? Yeah you read right. At first I thought that this was just going to be a motivational type program that had some education and self helping programs, but over the last couple of weeks I've learned that this is going to be so much more. We are going to have alot of education types of programs. I know we have one that is going to teach kids how to airbrush..another for like woodshop. We will be able to pause the program that we are watching and even chat with people watching the same program you are. We are going to have some programs that are sorta like how to's.. like how to fix a hole in your roof and things around the house. Alot of the programing will be interactive. All programming will be in dvd quality. Thats on a full screen not in the 10 or 50 percent screen that we have on masterytv.com... we just havent launched the software that is going to provide that yet. Of course we will have the motivational speakers..some of the top names in the industry. Relationship experts...just all kinds of different types of programming will be offered. This is truly tv over the net. -
