Hi,
I will be releasing a product soon and already have a domain name chosen for it.
Should my blog have a different domain name from the product websites or should I choose to post the blog on the same one?
I thought that if I use a different name it will throw people off and be even more objective, even though a blog is probably mostly subjective!!

Re: Which domain name should be used for a blog?
Tue, April 3, 2007 - 6:06 AMsee if you can acquire a hosting service which will incorporate a blog into your website. I know web.com does something like that. try to make everything in one place. It helps the brand. If it's not possible just have a link.

Tue, April 3, 2007 - 6:37 AMI don't think it matters, make it easy for your readers to find you and your product. Be aware that blog readers don't often care about commercial recommendations, from anyone.
See www.gapingvoid.com/ for advice and www.englishcut.com/ for how to use blogging for commercial success.
