Hi everybody, I am a new Tribe member. I have been living in Miami for the past 12 years. I think this a a great way for people with the same interest to communicate and help each other.
I specialize in real estate sales (waterfront residential properties). If somebody is in the market for a new home or an investment I will be glad to share investment advice.
Meanwhile if there somebody out there interested in helping me with my website, please contact me. Thanks,
Gustavo

Mon, January 19, 2004 - 2:40 PMRobb,
Thank you for the question.
I am looking for help in the Internet Marketing department. For me it is a 24/7 type of work. It involves search engine optimization, networking, affiliations, pay-per-click, monthly newsletters and db admin. and should be targeted to our market segment. We sell hight-end properties in the best areas of Miami.
FL International feeder markets for high end real estate are Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia.
In the domestic arena the FL feeder markets are NY, CA, Chicago, Boston.
Interested anyone?
Gustavo

Sun, February 22, 2004 - 2:11 AMHi Gustavo,
I work in internet marketing and am familiar with strategies related to pay-per-click search engines.
If you don't already have one, you need is a good tracking software that shows online sales conversions related to all your online forms. With this conversion report, you can analyse the keywords that are working for you and in what search engines. Knowing this will safe you 50% of your advertising expense and increase sales.
This is the best strategy I've found related to the CPC world.
If you need a tracking software recommendation, let me know.

Re: New Member
Sun, February 22, 2004 - 2:13 PMI use Index Tools (www.indextools.com)
They have a 15 day free trial. I actually work with them so if you let me know your username, I'll make sure your account is assigned to me so I can walk you through it.
What's good about it is it's easy to use, the reports are VERY accurate, and its not too pricy.

Sun, February 22, 2004 - 7:00 PMWhat are we looking at for a total cost here? -
-
Re: New Member
Mon, February 23, 2004 - 11:11 AMThe premium package is US$19.95/mo but if you want to track sales conversions from a shopping cart or quotation form, then you need the e business at US$49.95/mo. If your heavily involved in the CPC world, then this cost is nothing, and will pay for itself. Note that these prices cover up to 50,000 page views and any additional page views are 60c/1000 overage. -
